Getting to know each other:

During our first meeting, we determine if we are the right fit for your project. If the answer is Yes! We provide you with detailed information about our services and pricing. To kickoff the start of you project we need a signed agreement so we can start planning!

This meeting will present you with a global strategy for your project. The purpose of this meeting is to define in detail what your specific requirements are. What kind of customization you will need, which tools we are planning to use on your site and what kind of maintenance we will provide later on. We will define the general timeline, and terms of payment and specify when we need to receive all content from you for your project. Also, we will set a specific date for your final validation of the design and pages before we start building the website.

Development

Stage 1: Wireframing

We will first provide you with a general wireframe of the layout and pages. The design will be gray without any colors, images, or styling options. We are doing this to make sure we agree on the general layout and number of pages. Once you validate this general layout, we need to fill in all the content and design the pages. As soon as we receive all content from you, we will present a visual design for the website. Including the provided images and styling in full color. We need your input and feedback on different aspects of the design at this point. Once you are satisfied with the final design, we can move on to the next step.

Stage 2: Building in WordPress

We will migrate or register your domain in order to install WordPress and all necessary plugins on your website. We will now create each page one by one. You will also receive a preview link per page at this point so you can review and provide feedback. You are assured that your project will take shape as you had envisioned it by approving and validating different small parts. By doing so, we will be able to deliver on time for your final validation and meet your costume needs.

Launch your website!

Validation and delivery

As part of this final validation meeting, we go over the entire website together. Once you are satisfied with the result, we will put your website live. The delivery date will be this date. Once your website is live, we will optimize it for Google. You can maintain your website by yourself from this point in time!
